We are seeking enthusiastic, driven cold callers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers in real estate.Job Summary:As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for generating and pre-qualifying prospect leads for our real estate team. In this role, you will contact potential clients, gauge their interest in our services, and discuss the possibility of our clients selling their home. Your goal is to build a pipeline of prospective clients and create the first point of contact that sets the stage for successful client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospect leads using prepared call lists and scripts.Introduce the company and our services in a professional, friendly manner to generate interest.Pre-qualify leads by asking key questions to determine motivation, needs, and timing.Track and record all calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Maintain and update contact lists and client information for future follow-up.Follow up on previously contacted prospects to nurture and keep them engaged.Meet bi-weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.Qualifications:Experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll provide the leads, the script, and the support. You just bring your determination and sales skills.Strong English Speaking Ability (CEFR rating B2 or higher)Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management software.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.Interest in real estate or knowledge of the industry is a plus but not required.Ability to work EST hours.Bonus Compensation:We offer the best Bonus Compensation in the industry! There are two types of Bonus Pay which is directly related to your skills and abilities to successfully source Leads. There is a "Skills" Bonus Pay which is given for leads generated based on the Lead Qualifications.
