OverviewBased in Abu Dhabi, the Leasing Manager will lead and implement leasing strategies across high-profile assets in UAE, while supporting regional expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role requires a results-driven professional with deep market insight, a strong network of occupiers and brokers, and a demonstrated ability to deliver leasing outcomes across retail, F&B, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to asset enhancement and occupancy optimization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute end-to-end leasing strategies for existing and upcoming retail and commercial assets in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.Identify and secure suitable retail and F&B tenants aligned with asset positioning, tenant mix strategy, and business objectives.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all leasing opportunities, including current and upcoming vacancies, unit specifications (e.g. size, MEP provisions), adjacencies, and commercial positioning.Support the curation and refinement of merchandising mix strategies in collaboration with development and asset management teams.Lead all stages of the leasing process including prospecting, outreach, mall presentations, objection handling, negotiation, and final approval in accordance with internal SOPs.Negotiate commercial terms that maximise occupancy, rental value, and tenant quality, while ensuring alignment with strategic asset goals.Build and maintain long-standing relationships with key retail and F&B brands, operators, and regional brokerage networks across the GCC and KSA.Oversee the preparation and execution of lease documentation, renewals, and tenancy schedules in coordination with legal and property management functions.Provide regular reporting on leasing performance, market trends, pipeline activity, and competitive benchmarking.Travel regularly across the UAE and KSA to conduct site visits, tenant meetings, and market engagement.Lead the Knight Frank team at ADNOC Abu Dhabi offices and ensure the team is delivering as per the requirement of the client and the agreed KPI’s and fulfilling our contractual obligations.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, ideally with a focus in Real Estate, Surveying, or Retail.RICS accreditation preferred; ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) is considered advantageous.5–7 years of proven leasing experience, preferably within retail, F&B, or mixed-use developments.Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi leasing landscape; experience in the Saudi market is highly desirable.Sound knowledge of local real estate laws and the commercial leasing process.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results.Fluent English and Arabic is required.Willingness to travel between the UAE and Saudi Arabia as required.Valid UAE driving license.
