We’re hiring an Onboarding Specialist to help bring in new clients and support revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new clients across various industriesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targetsBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral businessUnderstand client needs and present customized solutions confidentlyWork cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service deliveryPrepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysisQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field2–5 years of B2B sales experienceAt least 2 years of experience in the UAE within the supply chain and logistics industry (preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsComfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsValid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel for client meetingsExperience in the supply chain and logistics industry
