Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.Purpose of the Role:Reports to Lead Counsel, Clinical Trial Support, the purpose of this role is to own and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, acting as the primary driver of efficiency and organization for the legal department.This individual will ensure that all contracts are processed, reviewed, signed, and stored in a timely and compliant manner. By serving as the first point of contact for contract administration and providing key performance data, the role enables the business to move faster while mitigating risk.What You’ll Do:Supports legal team by independently managing the administration of contractsFiles and manages contract records in both hardcopy and digital formats.Manages the record-keeping and database systems, including the filing and updating of the contracts master list.Assists with the full contract execution process, including both physical and digital signatures.Proofreads and finalizes draft agreements.Administers the complete contract lifecycle.Annual internal and external audit of CTS contracts.Contract reviewReviews work statements, amendments, NDAs, and simple MSA amendments (such as renewals or extensions) against established precedents, highlighting any gaps in the T&Cs.Liaises with stakeholders to ensure contracts are properly signed and received.Preparing training materialsAssists with proofreading and preparing slide decks for training sessions on standard processes.Conducts training on the contract management process for new joiners.Contracting statistics and dashboardCaptures all types of contracting data from the contract database and trackers.Builds data sets for the CTS legal dashboard for reporting purposes.Improves and fine-tunes the data collection methodology, which includes proposing new IT tools for the process.Other dutiesPerforms other duties as assigned by the Lead Counsel, Clinical Trial Support.What will make you successful:Must-Have:Years of Work Experience: Min. 2+ years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experienceEducation Level: Diploma in Law or related qualificationsSpecific knowledge/Field of Study: law or business-related studyOther Training/Technical Knowledge: Commercial contracts experienceRequired (preferred) Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken)Personal Attributes:Highly independent and organized, capable of managing heavy workload with short turnaround timesProven ability to self-manage with exceptional consistency, reliability and discipline.Able to listen and understand stakeholder concerns and translate these into solutions acceptable to all parties.Ability to work with others well, persuade without authority and encourage cooperation from stakeholdersDemonstrates a proactive attitude towards improving work processes and systemsKey Competencies:Document issue spotting & risk identification, meticulous record & database management, data & reporting skills.Exceptional attention to details, prioritization skills, stakeholder management skills, clear and professional communication, integrity and discretion, problem-solving mindset, pressure handling.Robust skills in Microsoft Office softwareAdvantage to Have:End-to-end contract lifecycle management skill is preferredContract review experience is highly preferredProficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) software or other legal tech tools.Technology and AI knowledge is preferred.What we offer:We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where our employees can learn, grow, and achieve shared success.We champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring every individual feels valued, respected, and treated fairly.As a leading multi-market healthcare solutions provider, we empower our employees to gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the dynamic healthcare industry across the region.Enjoy the flexibility to effectively balance your work and personal life while taking charge of your career journey through our empowering growth opportunities.Our Total Rewards program is designed to support your overall well-being in every aspect.
