Job Description

Job Title: Legal Case ManagerJob Type: Full TimeJob Set-Up: RemoteWork Hours: Pacific Standard Time (8 am-5 pm PST)JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking to hire a case manager who will be the main point of contact for clients and will handle everything from the beginning of the case until the client is finished with their medical treatment.RESPONSIBILITIESHandling client's property damage claimAssisting clients in scheduling doctor appointmentsProviding clients with status updates regarding their respective casesScheduling meetings/conference calls for the attorneysHandling all case-related correspondenceCoordinate and manage client cases, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.Communicate with U.S. clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to assess needs and provide ongoing support.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to facilitate client solutions.Monitor client progress and modify plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Provide timely reports and case summaries to supervisors and stakeholders.Ensure adherence to applicable U.S. regulations, guidelines, and confidentiality protocols.QUALIFICATIONSWell organizedExcellent customer serviceProficient in basic computer programs (i.e.: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel)Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Case Manager, with direct exposure to U.S. client services.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Familiarity with U.S. regulatory standards and client service expectations.ABOUT SATELLITE TEAMSSatellite Teams is a global professional employer organization with offices in the USA, the Philippines, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Poland.
