The new world is ours to discover together.Key Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to sales contracts, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.• Ensure that contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards,and revise contracts as necessary.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and legal counsels to ensure that final draft contracts areagreed upon by all parties, routed for approval, and executed in a timely manner.• Prepare and update inventory of contracts and agreements of the Company, ensuring that allcontracts are accurately documented, stored, and easily accessible.• Maintain an updated contract tracker to ensure that all contracts are within Contract Management radar, and provide effective communications to all stakeholders about the status of all active contracts.• Manage contract lifecycle, including contract initiation, execution, performance monitoring, andcontract renewal or termination.• Develop and maintain contract templates, standard operating procedures, and contractmanagement tools.• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate contractual risks.• Monitor contract compliance and performance, and enforce contract terms as needed.• Stay up-to-date on changes in contract law, regulations, and industry trends.Qualifications:• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Member of the IBP in good standing• Banking experience (at least 2-5 years experience as a Lawyer)• Demonstrated experience in contract administration or a related field, with at least 5 years ofrelevant experience.• Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.• Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting including reading and interpreting contracts and related documentation, ability to prepare amendments, and ability to explain to stakeholders the specifics of the contracts.• Proficiency in contract review, negotiation, and administration, with a keen eye for detail in contract documentation.• Familiarity with contract management software.
