Legal Counsel (Commercial) / Contract SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial, sales, and procurement related contracts (i.e., terms and conditions of sale and purchase, non-disclosure agreements, framework, and quality agreements, etc.).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and business objectives.Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Maintain accurate records of contract versions, approvals, and execution status.Provide guidance to business teams on contract interpretation and obligations.Support process improvements in contract management and negotiation workflows.Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and best practices for contract drafting and negotiation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.3–5 years’ experience in contract negotiation, preferably with in house experience.Strong drafting and negotiation skills with good business acumen, commercial senseMeticulous, dedicated and self-motivatedAble to thrive in a fast-paced, global and team-oriented environment while working independently.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs and legal risk.Detail‑oriented, organized, and with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Ability to interact effectively with multiple levels within an organization and across various jurisdictions.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
