ResponsibilitiesAssisting in-house legal counsel in diverse areas of trade, labor, immigration, and corporate law including; commercial contracts, real estate, labor and employment, and corporate governanceConducting legal research and drafting legal memorandaConducting legal due diligenceReviewing legal forms for accuracySummarizing and outlining legal documentsAssisting with various legal projects as requiredEducation And/or ExperienceMust currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and seeking a degree in a related fieldProficiency with MS Office and emailPreferred QualificationsStrong communication skillsAbility to multi-task and attention to detailWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
