The Recruiter is responsible for assisting with all legal recruitment efforts. This individual ispassionate about finding the right job match for candidates and the right candidate match for clients. Therole involves supporting the recruitment team while reinforcing and developing new skills and abilities toensure success in the role.Core Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree.1–2 years of proven experience as a recruiter.Legal Recruiting experience a plusEssential Job FunctionsSit in on interviews and meetings with lead recruiter.Oversee and optimize the candidate tracking system.Conduct candidate submission follow-ups.Review daily alerts for new openings to find a match for candidates or great positions to work onSearch for open positions to work on.Screen attorneys virtually or by phone for current searches and/or other opportunities.Assist with the revision of attorney resumes to identify suitable candidates.Submit attorneys to open positions and track their submissions.Send bulk emails/mail merges for open positions.Assist in providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment processWrite attorney cover letters.Keep abreast of industry trends, legal market changes, and competitor activities.Schedule candidates for interviews and add scheduled interviews to the calendar.Send and request required attorney documentation.Assist in supervising internsOther tasks as requested.Software ExpertiseZoomLinkedInMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, Word, Excel)Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs)TrelloRequired Skills:Tech savvyProblem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with the recruitment lifecycleOrganizational and decision-making skillsSuperior attention to detail and active listening abilitiesAbility to work in a team and independentlyPlease email your resume, cover letter, and salary expectations to Inclusivelegal@gmail.com to apply.
