This role is part of our Center of Excellence (CoE) and will drive operational excellence, ensure system reliability, and support business growth with scalable and secure infrastructure.Primary Objective Of The JobLead the team responsible for Unix/Linux systems and infrastructure services, driving operational excellence and ensuring system reliability.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesOwn architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management of Unix/Linux systemsOversee storage, virtualization, and backup infrastructureServe as technical escalation point for complex incidents and change activitiesDrive strategic projects, develop infrastructure roadmaps, and manage project scopes and timelinesEnsure compliance with security and audit requirementsLead disaster recovery planning, testing, and executionPromote automation and improve performance monitoringConfigure, monitor, and maintain network devices and security controlsSupport IT asset management and procurementAcademic Qualifications And Experience RequiredTechnology, Computer Science, or related discipline8+ years of Unix/Linux systems administration experience3+ years in team leadership or managerial capacityRed Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent certificationVMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)Functional SkillsStrong leadership and people development capabilitiesExcellent project planning and execution skillsExceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersHigh degree of personal integrity and accountabilityWhat We OfferOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageDisclaimerThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
