Job Description

Act as a strategic link between the HR department and the different business areas. Its objective is to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives, providing effective solutions in talent management and organizational development.ResponsibilitiesAct as an advisor to business leaders on human resource strategies that support organizational objectives.Develop and implement talent attraction, development and retention strategies.Hire peopleExecute and control the payroll processCollaborate in succession planning and leadership development.Foster a positive cultureDesign and implement employee engagement and wellness initiatives.Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.Develop training programsMediate labor disputes and propose effective solutions.Ensure proper handling of complaints and disciplinary actions.Monitor key human resource indicators.Control and archive important company documents.Ensure that documentation procedures comply with current regulations.Coordinate the logistics of events and meetings that are necessaryManage the acquisition of supplies and equipment necessary for daily operations.Serve as a point of contact for administrative queries from employees.Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the operating budget.Monitor expenses and ensure efficient use of resourcesQualificationsProfile Requirements: Education: University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.Experience: 3 years of experience in human resources handling hiring processes, payroll, labor legislation and current regulations, recruitment and selection, talent management strategies, organizational development and cultural change.
