Practice Area: Contentious Insolvency, Commercial Litigation, Trust DisputesAn international law practice with a global footprint across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia is seeking an exceptional Associate to join its high-performing Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Bermuda. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value cross-border disputes across contentious insolvency, commercial litigation, shareholder remedies, and contentious trust matters.The OpportunityYou will:Work on major cross-border disputes involving multinational corporations, financial institutions, and investment funds.Advise on contentious insolvency, creditor and shareholder actions, commercial litigation, trust disputes, and regulatory matters. Conduct litigation independently and within team structures before the Supreme Court of Bermuda, Court of Appeal, and in arbitration.Build and strengthen international client relationships, supporting business development and contributing to the practice’s growth.
