As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking to add a Litigation Lawyer to our team, which is recognized for its legal excellence, industry insight, and strong record in high-value civil and commercial disputes.Role OverviewThe selected candidate will work across a broad range of litigation matters, supporting clients throughout all stages of the judicial process and contributing to strategic, effective, and well-crafted legal solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis on complex issues, including liaison with expertsDraft and file pleadings, lawsuits, and other submissions before Greek CourtsMaintain ongoing communication with clients at all stages of litigationRepresent clients before Greek Courts, primarily in civil and commercial casesPerform additional relevant duties as requiredQualificationsDegree in Law from a Greek UniversityPostgraduate degree (LL.M. or equivalent) in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, or Corporate & Commercial Law is highly appreciatedMinimum 3 years of experience in civil and commercial litigationExcellent command of English, particularly legal terminologyStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritize effectively, manage multiple matters, and meet demanding deadlinesExperience in cultivating strong client relationshipsProfessionalism, teamwork, and a collaborative mindsetWhat We OfferWe provide all necessary tools and resources to support professional development and long-term career growth.
