Logistics Coordinator

Are you a logistics new graduate who want to thrive on variety? We are looking for an operational pivot to manage our supply chain from A to Z together with our logistics team. From procurement to quality system, you will ensure our flows run smoothly in our Rotterdam facility.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & Distribution (30%)The Heartbeat: Manage the reception of incoming goods, monitor storage locations (bin management), and oversee the complete outbound process (delivery notes, picking, and packing).Traffic Control: Coordinate urgent shipments and manage distribution for new and existing customers.Equipment: Oversee the operation of automatic labeling machines and manage spare parts inventory. Supply Chain & Import/Export (30%)Global Reach: Handle import/export declarations, coordinate with cargo agents/forwarders, and optimize shipping routes.Procurement: Manage safety stock levels, issue purchasing orders, and follow up on incoming materials to prevent shortages.Systems & Optimization (30%)SAP Key User: Manage authorizations and workflows within SAP ERP. You are the go-to person for system functions and improvement requests.Projects: Implement new logistics projects and schedules as directed by HQ to improve efficiency. Quality (10%)Compliance: Maintain ISO 9000 standards and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.Salary range: Start from €3000 maximum €3,300Company benefit：Performance Bonus, travel allowance, holiday allowance 8%, team eventsThis job requires fully on-site work.
