Regional Operations Specialist

Support the product Regional Operations Lead with managing every phase of the life cycle of a product and when you are ready, perform all life cycle management activities for a product independentlyExecute product lifecycle changes per the Regional Variation Master PlanKeep Regional Variation Master Plan up to date by maintaining contact with key stakeholders (e.g. regional and local Regulatory Affairs)Perform Labeling assessments in the labeling system, complete checklistsSupport product launchesManage the Specialized Shipping process for your productsPerform Right-First-Time handover to production site(s) by ensuring all regional requirements are correctly documented in the relevant systemsLead small improvement projects and coordinate data collection for customer requests in the teamFacilitate cross-functional activities between Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs and MarketingFacilitate Master Data requests and activitiesSupport Business Case preparation, impact assessments for launches and lifecycle managementExecute Registration samples or Product Demo requestsIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline departmental activitiesDrive process improvements or suggest standardized methods/templates within own sphere of influenceQualifications:Master’s or bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years directly related experienceFluent in English, both in verbal and written communicationStrong communication skillsPharmaceutical or Supply Chain (APICS, CPIM or CIRM certification) experienceExperience in working in an international environmentExperience in multi-disciplinary projects & change managementAnalytical / Data mindedCustomer focused, strong facilitator, action oriented and tech savvy.Interested?
