Our client based in the Pilbara seeks Maintenance Supervisor in Port Hedland. On offer is ongoing work. Locals to Pert Hedland are encouraged to apply. They will also consider a FIFO roster on an 8 & 6 or a 9 & 5Accommodation and messing supplied at a camp in Port HedlandAbout The RoleSupervise daily maintenance of production mining equipmentLead and support a team of capable mechanics and contractorsPlan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenanceTroubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairsOversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop processEnsure full compliance with WHS and site safety requirementsWork closely with site leadership to meet KPI'sAbout you:Proven experience supervising a workshop/maintenance team on a mine siteCert III Mobile Plant Technology Trade qualification (preferred)Must have Schedule 26 (Statutory Supervisor Course)National Police Clearance and White Card requiredStrong understanding of mobile plant maintenance and planningExcellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement Interested?
