Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality support and solutions.Job Profile:Ensure resolution and management of issues within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)Accurately record, track and document issues escalated by the service desk along with the actions taken through, using the Issue Management Software in keeping with ITIL standardsMaintain documentation on potential solutions including work-around solutions, bugs, patches and permanent solutionsPrioritize issues and escalate problems to vendors when required, while maintaining good vendor relationships and communications.Develop and demonstrate an understanding of customer and business needs while maintaining current knowledge of industry trendAdministration of all software licensed from 3rd Party CompaniesActively participate in implementation and upgrades of IT applicationsProvide system integration support to merchants and 3rd party companiesSpecial Skills:A sound Knowledge of maintaining digital, cards and e-commerce related applications and its functionalitiesExperience & Qualifications:Minimum 7 years’ experience out of which 2 years at Executive Level in Banking/IT with 4 years demonstrated experience in card related application support and end to end problem managementA Degree in IT or a full/part professional qualification in IT/Banking/Finance
