We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up dashboards for performance tracking and business monitoring.Own data trends, weekly/monthly reporting, RCA development, and insight generation.Design and execute A/B tests and quasi-experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives, offers, and product nudges.Conduct retention and repeat-driver analytics: quantify the impact of fees/pricing, service levels (SLA/delays), assortment & availability, search/UX, and loyalty benefits on repeat rate, churn, and LTVPlan and program-manage business initiatives across product, finance, marketing, and operations teams to drive business objectives.Hyperlocal Marketing Campaigns: Work with city teams to run targeted digital and offline campaigns using time-targeting and event-based content (festivals, major sports events, etc.) to drive engagement and New user acquisitions.Desired CandidateImmense sense of ownership and execution excellence.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders."We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, colour, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law"
