On behalf of our client, we are seeking an IT Manager who will lead the design, execution, and evolution of the organization’s technology vision. This role ensures that IT infrastructure, digital systems, and data management capabilities effectively support operational excellence and long-term growth. Acting as both strategist and enabler, the IT Manager drives innovation and digital transformation across all business units, translating complex technical possibilities into practical, high-impact business solutions. Through strong governance, forward planning, and close collaboration with senior leadership, the role safeguards business continuity, optimizes technology investments, and ensures the organization remains agile, secure, and future-ready in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.Responsibilities:1. IT Strategy & GovernanceDevelop and implement the organization’s IT roadmap in alignment with business priorities.Define IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant operations.Lead digital transformation initiatives and assess emerging technologies to enhance business performance.Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.2. Systems & Infrastructure ManagementEnsure the stability, scalability, and security of all IT systems, networks, and applications.Lead system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements with minimal business disruption.Manage enterprise software platforms and ensure seamless integration across departments (finance, HR, operations, etc.).3. Information Security & Data ProtectionEstablish and maintain information security policies and disaster recovery plans.Monitor and mitigate IT risks, ensuring compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.Oversee access management, network integrity, and periodic system assessments.4. Project Leadership & Solution DeliveryDirect the planning and execution of major IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.Provide technical and strategic direction to cross-functional project teams.Approve solution architecture designs and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.5. Vendor & Contract ManagementNegotiate and manage vendor contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).Evaluate and select vendors to ensure optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.Maintain strong partnerships with technology providers and consultants.6. People Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and evaluate the IT team, including the Assistant IT Manager and technical support staff.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.Identify training needs and implement professional development programs.7. Stakeholder CollaborationAct as the primary liaison between IT and business units, translating operational needs into technical solutions.Partner with senior management to implement digital strategies that enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Ensure effective communication of IT priorities, progress, and challenges.8. Reporting & Performance ManagementOversee IT performance KPIs such as uptime, service response, and project delivery metrics.Prepare periodic reports on system performance, project progress, and compliance status.Recommend continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights and business feedback.Qualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Professional certifications preferred (ITIL, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent).Experience:Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven success managing large-scale IT projects and multi-site infrastructure.Strong background in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and information security frameworks.Experience in service-oriented or multi-business-unit environments is preferred.Job Knowledge & SkillsDeep knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, networks, cloud environments, and information security standards.Proven ability to lead modernization initiatives, system integrations, and automation projects.Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, data protection regulations, and disaster recovery planning.Skilled in IT budgeting, cost optimization, and technology investment planning.Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing high-performing IT teams.Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong orientation toward emerging technologies, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
