Let’s make it happen!What You’ll OwnStore Performance & GrowthDrive Like-for-Like (LFL) growth across Emma’s company-owned and franchise stores — from footfall and demos to conversions and NPSBuild and manage performance dashboards (traffic, CVR, ATV, UPT, CPA per walk-in, margin) and run structured growth sprints with store managers. Standardize store operations and SOPs — from visual merchandising to CRM follow-ups. Coach store teams on selling skills, customer experience, and incentive design to maximize sales and satisfaction.
