ResponsibilitiesThe Site Civil Execution professional will be responsible for:Leading and managing on-site civil construction activities for thermal projectsEnsuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsCoordinating with engineering teams to interpret design drawings and ensure accurate implementationSupervising subcontractors and laborers to maintain productivity and quality of workMonitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actionsCollaborating with project managers to develop and adjust project schedulesConducting regular site inspections and safety auditsPreparing progress reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholdersParticipating in project meetings and providing technical expertiseQualifications10-20 years of experience in civil execution within the Thermal Projects industryDemonstrated track record of successfully managing and executing civil construction projectsExperience in overseeing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations
