We invite passionate talents to join our dynamic and fun team in achieving this vision.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month end closingPrepare management account and supporting schedulesPerform planning and budgeting functions and coordinate with various functional departments and worldwide officesEnsure compliance of financial policies and procedures and provide guidance / training to users as and when necessarySupport procurement process including but not limited to vendor selection and review contract termsDrive process and system enhancement to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, and to enhance effective internal control and complianceCoordinate with external and internal auditors for year-end audit and other financial reporting complianceWork with Head Office departments and Worldwide Offices to support daily business operation & decision making, and to ensure business processes compiled with financial policies and proceduresPerform various financial analysis on trends and variance, provide insight to drive business performance, monitor performance of business units and follow up on outstanding issuesUndertake any other duties / ad hoc assignmentsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?University degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferredMinimum 8 years of relevant experienceExposure in multinational/regional head office finance operationsA team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiatedStrong business sense, attention to details, analytical mind and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plusGood command of both written and spoken English and ChineseApplication MethodIf you are passionate about our mission and believe you are the one we are looking for, please send us your resume with present and expected salary by clicking "Easy Apply".
