If you have passion and belief you can grow within our team and contribute to yours and our success, don’t hesitate and apply the role.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Based in Hong Kong, the APAC FP&A Director will lead, direct, and control the financial planning and analysis function across the APAC region. This role is critical for maintaining the short and long-term financial health and driving the strategic growth of the business. The Director will be instrumental in shaping the financial roadmap, fostering robust cross-functional collaboration, and championing continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives throughout the region. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire and empower teams, rather than solely manage processes.This position directly reports to the Regional Finance Director APAC, while supporting the APAC Richemont Exco and acting as a key contact with other Richemont Regional Finance in the financial management of Richemont Functions costs.The market team within their scope focus on the annual budget, rolling forecasts and latest estimates, strategic plans, financial KPIs, office & facilities investment requests and management reporting.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership & Roadmap:Lead the development and implementation of the APAC FP&A strategy, ensuring alignment with wider corporate objectives and actively driving the financial roadmap for the region.Interpret overall business strategy and policy to set clear, actionable FP&A objectives and deliverables across APAC, ensuring they contribute to the Group's mission, vision, and values.Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Finance Director and other senior leaders, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.Navigate and thrive within a complex matrix organizational structure, managing diverse stakeholder expectations and conflicting priorities to ensure cohesive financial strategies and outcomes.Financial Planning & Analysis OversightOversee and drive the annual budget, rolling forecasts, strategic plans, and latest estimates processes for the APAC region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Group guidelines.Monitor financial targets, KPIs, business, and cost trends across all markets within APAC, analyzing deviations and recommending proactive corrective measures.Promote strong financial discipline throughout the region, ensuring the quality of financial forecasts and strict adherence to corporate finance policies and regulatory standards.Digital Transformation & Continuous ImprovementChampion and lead digital transformation initiatives within the FP&A function, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, data analytics capabilities, and reporting quality across the region.Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.Drive the sharing of best practices and financial insights between APAC markets and with other regions, elevating the overall professional competency of the FP&A function.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team across the APAC region, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous learning.Collaborate with market Finance Directors on the recruitment, retention, and professional development of market FP&A team members.Empower and leverage market finance teams to identify and drive bottoms-up improvements and innovative solutions, fostering a sense of ownership and contribution.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent level of education.Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Controlling roles, with significant experience in a regional leadership capacity within a multinational organization.Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, demonstrating a "leader not a manager" approach focused on vision, empowerment, and strategic direction.Extensive experience working effectively in a complex, multi-matrix organizational environment, adept at managing diverse stakeholders and conflicting priorities.Demonstrated experience in driving strategic initiatives, organizational roadmaps, and continuous improvement programs within a finance function.Strong understanding and practical experience with digital transformation in finance, including leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and financial systems.Experience in the luxury goods or retail industry is highly valued.Skills & CompetenciesOrganizational Talent & Strategic Acumen:
