POSITION: Manager, House of Content | Strategic Communications DepartmentROLE PURPOSEResponsible for enhancing brand perception and helping BNM communicate its work and mission effectively to audiences within and beyond BNM via:Creating digital content, overseeing performance analytics, and executing social media & internal communications strategyDelivering studio production services e.g. video shooting, producing and editing, video recording, broadcasting and livestreamingStrategising and executing communication plans and campaigns for line departments on their policies and initiativesPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Manage content creation for all social media and internal communication platforms which include:Content ideation and strategyStrategic writing, copywriting and storyboardingDesigning of collateralsVideo shooting, producing and editingMonitoring and management of interactions on social media platforms post-posting2. Content planning, scheduling, and publishing – Manage the planning and execution of the content calendar that is aligned to BNM’s business plan and key events3. Social media reporting – Analyse and prepare weekly performance reports4. Photography and videography – Plan the execution of studio-quality photoshoots, video recording, broadcasting and livestreaming5. Coordinate and manage logistic arrangements for studio equipment, scout and plan for shooting location6. Manage the repair/servicing of faulty studio equipment to ensure services and equipment are always at the optimum level7. Relationship management – Provide communication advisory and support to client departments within BNMQUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCEAcademic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, creative multimedia, broadcasting, photography, film studies, journalism, public relations or policy-relevant areasExperience:At least 5 years of working experience in social media content creation, photography or videography or similar roleGENERIC SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE• Project management• Report writing• Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills• Critical thinking• Proactive problem-solving• Event coordination• Stakeholder management• TeamworkTECHNICAL SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE• Strong writing and storytelling sensibility• Creative copywriting/storyboarding/photography/videography skills• Digital illustration and animation skills• Cinematography/videography skills
