Title: Manager HR Business PartneringLocation:Klang, MY, MYGlobal Business Unit: OTHJob Function: Human ResourcesRequisition Number: 214870DescriptionJob SummaryManage implementation of HR strategic/tactical initiatives and align Group HR strategies with Business Unit/country-level operations in order to achieve business resultsGeneral ResponsibilitiesManage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicableExecute/manage management team's decisions on short-/long-term HR initiatives in line with company’s business directionDrive implementation of tactical day-to-day HR processes across business operationsDrive recruiting planning strategies (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet, business demands and HR cost controlDevelop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategiesExecute initiatives on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectivenessExecute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunitiesPropose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retentionExecute short-/long-term company-wide training and development strategies to cater for development needs Manage deployment of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utlization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable mannerPrepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisionsDrive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments Execute change management initiatives across the organizationFunctional Skills And KnowledgeDemonstrate experience in developing and implementing HR strategies/initiatives to achieve business goals with tangible HR metricsDemonstrate understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and critical success factorsDemonstrate experience in analyzing complex data, understand business implications and make recommendations to the management teamDemonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR core functionsDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)RequirementsDegree in Human Resources, Organization Development/Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Management or similar related discipline preferredMinimum 7 years’ solid HR business partnering experience in a similar roleProficient in SAP, MS Office applications, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPointMust be a self-driven and self-motivated person, resourceful, fast learner, proactive, committed, adaptable, team player, and have strong attention to detailMust be able to work and be based in Klang and travel as and when needed to The Ascent, Kelana JayaRequisition Number: 214870Job Function: Human Resources
