We are seeking a dynamic and decisive Manager, Learning to join our Talent and Culture Development team in Helsinki. In this role, you will act as the process owner for induction and ensure smooth onboarding experience for both new employees and line managers. You will facilitate YIT Academies around strategic competencies as well as design and coordinate training programs and online training, ensuring measurable value and best pedagogical practices. Therefore, you have an excellent opportunity to join us now in enhancing continuous learning culture in the biggest construction company in Finland.Key responsibilitiesOwnership and development of our induction process: ensuring smooth, modern, role-based onboarding paths for new employees with relevant content for different rolesLeading, developing and implementing YIT’s induction model and ways of working to ensure that our line managers and work instructors have relevant competence to support induction of new employees and employees returning from long absencesFacilitating YIT Academies around strategic competencies as well as designing and coordinating business-critical training programs and online training ensuring measurable value and best pedagogical practices. You will also lead YIT´s online training offering and online learning practicesLeading and developing YIT Path Trainee program to ensure excellent trainee experience and future talent pool. Organizing Welcome to YIT onboarding events for new employeesCollaboration with business segments and People&Culture professionals in developing onboarding and learning as well as sharing and developing best practicesActing as the other Global key user for our learning management system and online training platform, and developing business-driven learning and induction infrastructureWhat we expect from youComprehensive experience in designing business-oriented, modern induction programs and role-based induction paths to support smooth employee and line manager experience, preferably as a process owner role. Pedagogical skills and understanding of how people learn, as well as ability to transfer that understanding into modern learning and induction solutionsExcellent concepting skills to lead and develop induction process, models and ways of working in a matrix organization. Preferably experience in supporting induction and learning also in operative working environmentAbility to support organizations with building strategic capabilities. Experience in facilitating workshops to identify competence development needs and designing world-class academies and training programs that utilize 70/20/10 approachGood project and change management skills, and ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders ensuring execution through the organization. Strong communication and facilitation skills both in Finnish and English as well as analytical skills to lead with dataTechnical experience in learning management systems and online learning platforms as well as experience in designing effective online learning content with ability to train and guide othersDevelopment and goal-oriented approach.
