Your key responsibilities will be both supporting HR Business Partners for Commercial and Supply Chain by coordinating recruitment processes as well as strengthening our employer brand with a 360 plan. Furthermore you play a key role in our Culture Journey by working with diverse HR areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, Onboarding and Exit surveys to strengthen our employee experience at Arla.Your tasksSupport People Managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitmentWork with employer brand on defined target groupsDeliver and develop local onboarding process aligned with Global Welcome to Arla sessions.Plan and deliver trainings according to annual people planResponsible of Masterdata for new hires and changes in employmentsThe role is flexible and can be adapted to your strengths and career goals. If global career is something that interests you Arla offers a variety of opportunities after the fixed term assignment comes to end.Your profileYou have applicable education supporting the role and already gained some experience in relevant HR areas.Minimum requirement is that you have been coordinating recruitment processes and are familiar with tool box used in recruitmentsYou feel comfortable facilitating workshops and running training sessions within your area of specialtyAs being part of Europe HR team and global HR community you are comfortable to work in wider European context. Hence you speak English business fluent in addition to mastering Finnish.Moreover, you are result-oriented and ready to take challenges not familiar to you. You thrive in an fast-paced environment and variety of different tasks as base of ordinary day. We are a compact team relying on our strengths and experiences as individuals.You have a keen interest for organization, business and people, and you are able to build strong and trusted relations with different stakeholders.
