Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationOverall business support and project management in H team as key contact point in Account Sales team and other functional and regional team to drive channel expansion and business growthKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness planning and trackingAccount Level overall business planning and tracking, including OTB, POS, SBP, ST, RFC, etc.Overall business performance review, monitor and review business KPI on regular basis by different perspectivesAccount level budget planning and tracking on regular basis, including SWB, T&E etc.Based on company strategy or initiative, set up short term target/evaluation scheme/incentive plan, and track result on regular basisProject ManagementKey Campaign Activation for key stores in company level or account levelPromotion launch and store operations including ISC & POP follow up with Field SalesProject Management as per business needs, for example CRM project and Retail Activation project, etc.Conduct cross functional communication and alignment as per business needsOthersBusiness Review preparation including TM, QBR, channel meeting etc.Collect market intelligence including overall market trend, competitive environment etc.Support other ad hoc business analysis and other tasks need HQ coordinationKey RelationshipsAccount Sales, RE, MM, BP, SO, CRM, PSKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesStrong sense of logical thinking and strategic thinkingStrong process and project management skills – organized approach but also able to be flexible to meet changing needsSolid business sense and analytic/critical-thinking skills – able to solve problems using both conventional judgment and ad-hoc analysis;Strong multi-tasking ability to handle multiple projects across various topics at the same time;Data analysis skills, planning skillsGood ability in presentation Communication skills, relationship management, Negotiation skillsSales skills and customer service knowledgeRequisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications4+ years’ experience in Sales , Consultant or Project officeStrong communication and influence skillGood analysis and Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.University degreeadidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
