Manager/ Senior Manager, Finance

The RoleThe incumbent will oversee the full spectrum of financial management and governance for KASM’s F&B operations. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring strong internal controls and providing strategic insights to support business growth, cost optimisation and accountability.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting activities for food and beverage operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and cash handing.Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency.Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheet schedules.Review and analyze the accounts receivable aging report, implementing proactive strategies to accelerate collections.Ensure robust financial governance and maintain strong internal controls across all F&B financial processes.Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for F&B operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide insightful monthly financial analysis to support reporting and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.Support cost-benefit analyses and financial simulations to evaluate business cases and strategic initiatives.Collaborate closely with operations, procurement and commercial teams to drive profitability, optimise costs and enhance overall business performance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent; Chartered Accountant qualification preferred.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including hands-on exposure to F&B finance operations and POS systems.Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and SAP Hana accounting systems.Proven ability to manage and mentor direct reports in daily operations.Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and compliance requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.InformationIf you are facing issues submitting your application through Linkedln, please email us your resume at recruit@sportshub.com.sg with the job title.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.The level of appointment will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.For more information on Kallang Alive Sport Management, refer to www.sportshub.com.sg
