This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about manual testing, product quality, and ensuring seamless trading experiences for our clients across platforms.This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company with a professional, friendly, and results-driven culture.Reporting to: QA LeadKey Responsibilities:Review functional requirements, specifications, and design documents to ensure full understanding and test coverageDesign, document, and execute detailed manual test cases for web applications, internal tools, and integrationsPerform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure software quality and performanceExecute UI testing across multiple browsers and devices, ensuring consistent behavior and responsive designTest new and existing functionality for bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues, reporting defects in detailWork closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to clarify requirements and validate fixesEnsure defects are properly tracked, verified, and closed in Jira or other tracking toolsParticipate in sprint ceremonies, daily stand-ups, and release readiness reviewsMaintain structured and up-to-date test documentation in TestRail or equivalent systemsContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and quality standards across teamsCandidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Engineer or Software TesterStrong understanding of manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testingSolid grasp of REST API, HTTP, JSON, and WebSocket conceptsSkilled in using Jira, BrowserStack, TestRail, DevToolsExperience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with SDLCExcellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsGood written and spoken EnglishNice to have:Understanding of trading platforms, CRM systems, or financial products (CFDs, stocks, cryptocurrencies)Experience testing systems with multiple integrations and real-time data flowsOur Offer:Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadershipAbility to contribute to dynamic business at a growth phaseHigh level of autonomy, support of ideas and putting your expertise into the best practices for the companyContinuous personal development, training budget, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leadersCompetitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemesVibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrationsFully remote work An additional day off on your BirthdayJourney to FP Markets:Interview with HR (30 min)Technical Interview with QA team (1 hour)Short Test taskInterview with CTO (45 min)Join FP Markets and help us deliver robust, high-quality fintech products that power trading experiences worldwide!
