We further enhance our offerings with additional services, including project management and quality control.We also offer supplier selection service with a comprehensive and multi-faceted approach that includes background checks, site visits, assessments of facilities and processes, and quality control evaluations to ensure supplier suitability.Job Overview:As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, working in Contract Manufacturer on-site team, you are responsible for all Production Test related collaboration between the Customer’s Manufacturing Test Engineering team, R&D team in product development programs and CM.You contribute to proto build activities as a part of a project and bring the Customer’s products into mass-production. You integrate the latest Test SW releases to proto builds and mass-production. You master test SW and HW validation activities including Statistical Process Control. In NPI an Sustain project, you periodically follow-up mass-production capability, support in fault analysis and troubleshooting when necessary to improve test process efficiency and quality of the products.Job Description:NPI and Mass Production Test Integration: Responsible for collaborating with the Customer’s Manufacturing Test Engineer team to integrate required Test HW and SW releases into NPI builds and mass production at the CM site. Calibration and Preventative Maintenance: Utilize and maintain calibration and preventative maintenance routines. Data-Driven Test Validation: Use data and analysis to show our tests are accurate and effective: 1. Measurement system capability 2. Process capability analysis 3. Statistical process controlYield and Failure Analysis: Monitor daily test yield and failure mechanisms, driving root cause analysis with process teams to improve yield. Quality Assurance through Test Coverage: Ensure high test coverage to guarantee zero quality escapes to customers. Technical Reporting: Generate written reports on test capability, test data analysis, SPC, and other technical aspectsRequired Qualifications:Proven track record working in/with consumer electronics manufacturing. Hands-on experience of electronics assembly processes, and collaboration with factories.Suitable technical background (MSc/BSc) +5-7 years of experience in the area.Good experience in test development, test SW tools and processes in electronics mass-production.Good experience in Test executables like NI LabView, NI TestStand.Strong experience in statistical process control tools.Strong experience in product HW test and measurement systems and methods.Skills and experience to read and understand HW block diagrams and schematics.Proficient in written & spoken English.
