Consulting has partnered with leading owners and conglomerates across Cambodia to design, structure, and launch hospitality, Food & Beverage, and tourism projects—turning ideas into sustainable, guest-focused concepts that work operationally and financially.Role SummarySupport our consultants by conducting market studies on emerging segments in tourism and hospitality (e.g., new convenience store brand, new game changer project in Kampot, experience-led venues). You’ll turn research into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations for our clients.Growth path: Strong performers can transition into Project Management, contributing to concept creation, FF&E/OS&E sourcing support, and client deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesMap market trends, demand drivers, and competitive landscapes for emerging hospitality/tourism verticals.Build benchmarks (features, price points, positioning, size, service scope).Collect and organize socio-demographic & socio-economic data relevant to feasibility.Develop Excel models and Slides to present findings (volume/value sizing, pricing corridors).Prepare investor-oriented briefs (executive summaries, risk/opportunity matrices, timelines, capex/opex inputs from consultants).Contribute to go-to-market outlines (target segments, channel ideas, launch milestones).Maintain tidy research files on Google Drive; ensure sources are cited and up to date.Support Project Manager tasks as needed (MoM, trackers, follow-ups)Profile & RequirementsBackground in Business/Finance/Economics, Tourism/Hospitality Management, or related field.Strong analytical skills; comfortable with numbers, structure, and clarity.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills are a plus.Clear, concise writing (English required; Khmer preferred; French is a bonus).Detail-oriented, reliable, able to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Curiosity for Food & Beverage, hospitality concepts, and destination development.Internship Conditions (b. Consulting standard)Allowance: USD $190/month + $20/month (digital tools + trasnportation).Working days: Monday–Friday; public holidays per Cambodian law.Must be a student in CambodiaCertificate/recommendation upon successful completion.Hands-on exposure to real client projects and senior consultant mentorship.
