About This PositionDesign, develop, and implement a comprehensive regional market strategy roadmap for Consumer Goods Adhesives in the FMCG packaging and labeling industry. Manage the innovation pipeline, including quality assurance, launch planning, and go-to-market strategy execution. Translate market insights into actionable customer and portfolio strategies; develop and implement regional business programs. Lead the Sustainable Designs program, focusing on carbon footprint reduction, circularity, and safe material innovation. Conduct competitor and pricing analysis, manage market intelligence tools, and support marketing teams with strategic recommendations. Maintain and enhance market sizing methodologies and economic forecasting models. Manage and extract data from internal and external market research databases. Build and maintain relationships with regional SBU management, technical service, sales, and innovation teams. Collaborate with third-party market research providers and manage related projects. What you´ll do Regional strategy development and implementation. Innovation pipeline and go-to-market execution. Market intelligence, competitor analysis, and forecasting. Sustainability program leadership. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. What makes you a good fit 8–10 years of experience in Marketing, Strategic Sales, or Business Development. Academic degree (Master’s or MBA) in Business or Engineering. Strong strategic thinking, team orientation, and excellent communication and influencing skills. High affinity for digital tools, new business models, and sustainability. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
