该职位来源于猎聘 职位名称(中文):中国全球业务拓展高级总监 职位名称(英文):Senior Director Global Business Development China 部门(中文):全球业务与企业发展部 部门(英文):Global Business and Corporate Development(英文缩写GB&CD) 工作地点:上海 职位职责: 职责包括:i) 建立并培育与中国创新生态系统的关系,同时提升凯西作为全球研发与商业化合作伙伴的认知度;ii) 与公司业务拓展团队紧密合作,识别、筛选并评估中国的新业务拓展机会,最终促成外部合作或收购,并在业务拓展流程的所有阶段,与相关的三大事业部(呼吸、特药、罕见病,英文缩写为AIR、CARE、RARE)业务拓展团队协调,积极参与谈判。 作为中国全球业务拓展高级总监,他/她将负责以下任务:持续监测并系统性地梳理中国外部创新环境,以识别符合公司及业务板块(AIR、CARE、RARE)战略的业务拓展机会。在生物技术和生物制药领域建立广泛的当地人脉网络,并向外部合作伙伴传达凯西的价值主张。建立并培育稳固的内外部关系与合作,不仅限于全球业务与企业发展部内部,还包括与公司研发、商业团队及职能部门,并在需要时联系中国分公司的其他同事。与相关的AIR、CARE和RARE业务拓展团队、尽职调查、联盟管理与整合团队紧密合作,为业务拓展评估提供项目领导力,确保强有力地协调凯西的跨职能团队和外部合作伙伴,从科学、商业和财务角度,完成从初步评估到交易达成的全过程。在整个项目过程中,确保信息流清晰、所有相关方的参与和共识,以及最终成果(包括向治理/管理层提出的建议)的稳健性。与相关的AIR、CARE和RARE业务拓展团队及流程保持一致,为中国区的业务拓展机会整合商业方案并主导财务建模/估值工作;能够协调内外部利益,在GB&CD领导层的协调下,制定并更新合适的交易结构和交易条款。在整个讨论过程中维持并巩固与合作伙伴的关系,并在GB&CD领导层的协调下,积极参与或主导谈判阶段。根据内部治理流程,向公司高级管理层推介机会以寻求批准,并定期向执行领导层汇报,提供关于结果、关键节点和待做决策的报告。促进交易达成前后向联盟管理与整合团队的交接工作。 候选人要求:语言要求:中文为母语、英文接近母语水平;掌握其他语言者更佳。至少5年在中国制药和生物技术行业(Pharma or Biotech industry)担任业务拓展职务(Business Development)的经验,并有成功的交易完成记录。拥有海外工作经验者优先(一年或以上)。至少具备生命科学或药学专业本科学位,如果拥有博士学历或从事过制药/生物技术的研发工作者更佳。愿意根据需求进行国内和国际差旅。精通项目管理原则和工具。具备在内部、外部及跨文化环境中建立协作和信任关系的能力。展现出战略思维能力,保持客观性和无偏见的视角,同时兼具务实、以解决方案为导向的工作方式。出色的沟通能力,能够针对不同受众调整沟通方式。 Job Description Position Title: Senior Director Global Business Development China Department: Global Business and Corporate Development Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities include i) establishing and nurturing relationship with the China innovation ecosystem while creating the awareness of Chiesi as a global development and commercialization partner and ii) working closely to the corporate BD team to identify, prioritize, evaluate new business development opportunities in China and ultimately foster external partnerships or acquisition, actively participating in negotiations throughout all phases of the business development process and in coordination with relevant Business Development AIR, CARE and RARE team. As Senior Director of Global Business Development China, he/she will be responsible for the following tasks:Continuously monitors and performs systematic landscaping of the external innovation space in China in order to identifying BD opportunities in line with corporate and franchise/GBU strategy (AIR, CARE and RARE)Generates and builds extensive local network in the Biotech and Biopharma community and communicates with external partners Chiesi value propositionBuilds and nurtures solid relationships and cooperation not just within the Global Business and Corporate development (GB&CD) group, but also with corporate R&D, commercial teams and stuff functions, and as require involving as needed other colleagues from the Chinese affiliateWorking closely with the relevant Business Development AIR, CARE and RARE, Due Diligence, Alliance Management and Integration colleagues, provides project leadership on BD assessments ensuring a strong coordination of Chiesi cross-functional teams and external partners from initial assessment all the way through deal closure from scientific, business and financial perspectiveThroughout the project guarantees a clear information flow, involvement and alignment of all stakeholders and robustness of the final outcome including the recommendations to governance/managementAssembles business cases and leads financial modelling/valuation for BD opportunities in China in alignment with the relevant BD AIR, CARE and RARE teams and processes and is able to generate and update appropriate deal structures and deal terms that align internal and external interest in coordination with GB&CD leadershipMaintains and solidifies relationships with counterparts throughout the discussions and actively participates or leads to the negotiation phase in coordination with GB&CD leadershipPitches opportunities to the senior leadership of the company seeking approval according to the internal governance and keep executive leadership regularly informed providing reports on results, inflection points and decision to be made.Facilitates the handover to the Alliance Management and Integration Teams pre and post deal Candidate Requirements:Chinese native with fluency in English required; additional languages are highly valuedA minimum of 5 years of experience in BD roles in the Pharma and Biotech industry in China with a track record of deals closedPreferably working experience abroad (one year or more)Degree in life sciences and/or pharmaceutical sciences is required, PhD or R&D experience in pharma/biotech is a highly valuableWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as requiredStrong proficiency in project management principles and toolsCapacity to build collaborative and trust-based relationships both internally and externally and cross culturallyDemonstrated strategic thinking skills, maintaining objectivity and an unbiased perspective, paired with pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches.Excellent communication abilities with an adaptable approach for diverse audiences
