Marketing Communications Officer

We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Marketing Communications Officer for placement in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote the company products, services, and brand.Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, press releases, and other marketing materials.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target audiences and refine communication approaches.Monitor and measure the performance of marketing communication campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Manage the organization's social media presence, engaging with followers, and developing strategies to increase online engagement.Manage and handling brand partnerships & collaborations related with company purpose'sOrganize and support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.Assist in the development of marketing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.Build & maintain a good connections and good relations with Brand PartnersStay updated on the latest marketing and communication trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into strategies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing communications, brand management, or a related field. (Minimum 2 years of experience, depending on the seniority of the position.)Experienced in handling Partnerships and Collaborations with BrandsFamiliar with B2B and B2CExceptional writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and social media platforms.Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, effectively communicating with various teams and stakeholders.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing communication strategies.A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Fluent oral and written English language skills is a plus.Well Organized
