Job Description

Qualifications :Possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the setup, deployment, and execution of various types of marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools. Demonstrate strong implementation skills and a meticulous approach to campaign setup and testing. Be willing to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong focus on execution. Be able to coordinate effectively and manage tasks under tight deadlines. Understand the data flow between the marketing automation platform and owned media channels. Have working knowledge of building and deploying Push Notifications, In-App Messages, Email, and WhatsApp communications.Specific Skills: Proven experience in executing omni-channel campaigns using a major Marketing Automation Tool (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Insider, etc.). HTML 5 for email template creation, scripting knowledge will be an added advantage. An eye for detail in conducting quality assurance (QA) audits and following checklist procedures for campaign deployment. Functional knowledge of data flows and segmentation logic within a CRM/marketing platform. Proficiency in Excel and using formulas to manage and structure data for reporting purposes. bility to structure and organize campaign engagement data for analysis.Responsibilities :Execute and Deploy: Implement, set up, and deploy campaigns across all owned media channels, including Push Notifications, In-App Pop-ups/Banners, and Email Marketing. Campaign Management: Accurately configure campaign settings, target audiences, and creative assets within the marketing automation platform. Schedule Gatekeeping: Manage and maintain the overall OMC communications schedule, coordinating deployment timelines across various stakeholders and verticals. Automation Deployment Support: Support the implementation and deployment of Automated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows and campaigns, following established test plans.Channel Implementation: Support the execution of SMS & WhatsApp Marketing campaigns. Reporting Support: Generate and format standard OMC reporting data (execution data and performance metrics).
