You are a data-driven, innovative, and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, brand storytelling, customer engagement, and ideal customer profile (ICP) targeting. You stay ahead of emerging trends and know how to leverage AI and automation to optimize GTM strategies, accelerate pipeline growth, and generate measurable results. You’ll translate strategic goals into actionable, scalable marketing programs that deliver consistent growth and customer value.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports company growth objectives and market expansion.Position iGrafx strongly in the process intelligence / BPM / digital transformation spaceLead a high-performing marketing team to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns.Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure precise targeting, message alignment, and optimized customer acquisition via ABM campaigns.Leverage AI-driven tools and insights to enhance GTM performance, personalize customer engagement, and improve conversion outcomes.Build and strengthen the iGrafx brand through consistent messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership.Partner closely with Sales, Alliances, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market efforts and maximize pipeline performance.Oversee digital marketing, content, and event strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.What You’ll Bring10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.Proven success driving growth through integrated marketing strategies and GTM execution.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience defining and operationalizing ICP-driven marketing strategies.Knowledge of modern AI marketing tools and automation platforms to improve GTM performance.Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDevelop a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan that supports revenue goals, market expansion, and brand positioningDefine target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), competitive positioning, and messaging frameworksAlign marketing goals with sales, product, and executive leadershipLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing teamDemand Generation & PipelinePlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs (digital, ABM, events, webinars, partner campaigns).Integrate AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to enhance targeting, personalize outreach, and optimize campaign performance across channels.Manage the funnel from MQL to SQL, ensuring strong lead qualification, nurturing, and seamless handoff to sales.Measure, analyze, and continuously improve campaign performance using data insights (ROI, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and pipeline contribution).Product & Solution MarketingLead product marketing, including go-to-market planning for new features and modulesUnderstand and articulate product differentiation in process intelligence, process mining, risk & compliance, digital twin, etc.Create sales enablement materials, competitor analysis, pricing & packaging supportBrand & ContentBuild and maintain a strong brand presence in the process intelligence / BPM spaceOversee content strategy: white papers, case studies, webinars, blogs, analyst relations, thought leadershipDrive awareness through PR, speaking opportunities, customer advocacyMarketing Operations, Technology & AI InnovationOwn and continuously optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and AI-powered platforms).Champion the integration of AI and automation across marketing workflows to improve targeting, content creation, campaign optimization, and lead management.Leverage AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to refine ICP targeting, enhance personalization, and increase conversion performance.Ensure strong data governance, including data hygiene, lead scoring, segmentation, attribution models, and reporting frameworks.Implement scalable processes and governance to support growth, operational efficiency, and GTM alignment across teams.Stay ahead of emerging technologies and AI trends to maintain a best-in-class marketing organization focused on innovation and measurable impact.Collaboration & Go-to-Market ExecutionPartner with sales leadership to coordinate campaigns, territory plans, and sales enablementWork with alliances, partner marketing, and channel strategies
