We’re scaling our outreach operations and building an internal marketing function focused on lead generation through email automation and CRM-driven campaigns.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketer with a strong grasp of English communication and experience in Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate knows how to build and maintain clean lead lists, execute personalized cold and warm email campaigns, and support the sales team by keeping the pipeline accurate and up to date.You’ll be working closely with the Sales Head and the Enablement Team to execute outreach campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage outbound email campaigns targeting international B2B clients.Scrape, verify, and segment leads using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Manage and update contact data in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Write, proofread, and schedule email sequences with attention to tone and personalization.Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and response metrics.Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs.Collaborate with the sales team to qualify inbound and outbound leads.Support broader marketing automation and reporting tasks as needed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing or lead generation.Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory.Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, Clay, Instantly, or Lemlist is a plus.Strong English writing and communication skills.Basic understanding of B2B outreach, cold emailing, and sales funnels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.What We OfferCompetitive salary (PKR 30,000 – 50,000/month).Onsite learning environment with mentorship from senior sales & marketing professionals.Exposure to international SaaS and IT projects.Growth pathway into CRM Automation or Sales Enablement roles.
