Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the execution of the full marketing promotional mix across the EU region based out of our Paris office. This role is central to supporting sales and driving commercial growth through integrated, data-informed marketing initiatives tailored to diverse European markets. You will deliver multi-channel campaigns, develop engaging content, and manage trade exhibitions, PR, and internal communications. The role requires strong collaboration with sales and business unit teams across countries, cultural adaptability, a commercial mindset, and a focus on measurable marketing impact.As this role involves regular collaboration across multiple European markets and with global teams, professional fluency in English is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Marketing CampaignsLead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (email, social media, events, direct mail).Develop and manage digital advertising initiatives, including PPC, display ads, paid social media, and SEO, to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.Create engaging content to support campaign goals (e.g., blogs, case studies, newsletters, social posts), ensuring relevance across different EU markets.Plan and organize pan-European trade exhibitions and industry events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.Manage offline marketing activities including PR, sponsorships, and print collateral as part of broader campaign strategies.Support the production of multimedia content such as podcasts, videos, and webinars.Contribute to internal communications that promote brand culture and employee engagement across the regions.Sales EnablementDevelop tailored, high impact marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, landing pages) to support sales efforts across different EU markets.Collaborate with account teams to provide customised content and market insights that support customer engagement and retention.Digital Marketing & AnalyticsManage digital platforms including website updates, SEO, social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube), and email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar).Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.Maintain and optimise marketing data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive).Stakeholder Engagement & LocalizationWork closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support joint marketing initiatives across multiple countries.Ensure all marketing activity adheres to brand guidelines, global marketing standards, and regional compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).Work with local teams or agencies to adapt messaging and creative for multilingual and culturally diverse audiences.Experience & Skills RequiredEssential ExperienceProven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of the EU market landscape.Industry experience in packaging or similar sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, industrial products, or materials technology.Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns that drive sales and commercial outcomes.Experience managing trade shows, PR initiatives, and internal communications across multiple countries.Technical & Creative SkillsSkilled in content creation across formats (written, visual, multimedia).Proficient in web CMS, email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, ActiveCampaign), and CRM systems.Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office 365.Analytical & Organisational SkillsComfortable using analytics tools to evaluate performance and inform strategy.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions.Education & ProfessionalismDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an ability to adapt messaging for different cultural contexts.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commercial mindset.Professional fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
