Marketing Manager – UKLocation: United Kingdom (Hybrid/Remote)Department: EMEA MarketingReports to: Director, Marketing EMEASalary: 6-month FTC offered on a day rate, equivalent to a £40,000 permanent salary.About the RoleWe’re looking for a UK Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing programmes that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness across the UK market. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, requiring collaboration with sales teams and a data-driven approach to campaign performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement UK-specific marketing plans aligned with EMEA strategy.Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, ABM) to generate demand and accelerate sales.Event ManagementPlan and execute UK trade shows, partner events, and Accelerate programmes.Ensure brand consistency and impactful presence at all events.Digital MarketingOptimise paid media, social campaigns, and landing pages for UK audiences.Use analytics tools (Power BI, Salesforce) to monitor performance and report insights.Content & MessagingLocalise global content for UK market relevance.Create compelling case studies, blogs, and thought leadership pieces.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with EMEA marketing, global teams, and UK sales leadership.Align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and product priorities.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT/Networking.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ABM, and event marketing.Excellent project management and communication skills.Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
