We’re scaling fast across the UK and Europe, and we’re building a team to match our ambition.Renewabl is Europe’s first platform for hourly-matched renewable energy procurement. We help corporates move beyond annual procurement and shift to credible, data-driven hourly matching. As we grow, we’re looking for an organised, proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to keep our internal engine running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who likes structure, enjoys improving processes, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.The RoleYou’ll support the team across two core areas:1. Company Operations & AdminMaintain company records, templates, and internal documentation.Coordinate signatures, NDAs and compliance paperwork.Keep track of contract statuses and key dates.Support finance admin (e.g., filing vendor invoices, retrieving client PO numbers, reconciling small items).2. Sales & Post-Sales SupportManage introducer agreement status across seller community.Track contract execution, renewals, and obligations.Maintain clean, accurate HubSpot records.Prepare simple client documentation (e.g. onboarding packs, template reports).Support reporting on commercial activity and performance metrics.What We’re Looking ForStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Good written communication.Comfortable working with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets (or a quick learner).Proactive mindset - you spot gaps before they become problems.njoys building structure in a growing, international team.Experience in operations, admin, or sales support is ideal, but attitude and capability matter most.What We OfferA central role in a fast-growing climate tech company making real impact.Exposure to energy markets, sustainability, and SaaS operations.Opportunity to shape and improve internal processes.Competitive compensation, flexible working, and room to grow.Salary: £30,000 p/a
