If you’re tech-savvy, creative and keen to immerse yourself in a fast-paced industry, we invite you to join our Digital Marketing Apprenticeship scheme. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, while also gaining hands-on experience in website management, e-commerce, influencer-led campaigns and various digital media activations.Over the course of four years, you’ll implement digital marketing strategies and collaborate with both internal and external teams to manage campaigns, all while learning from industry experts. What will you learn? Digital landscape: Navigate the ever-changing digital marketing landscape, where your decisions will help contribute to our brands visibility and engagement. You could be working on marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most loved brands, such as KitKat, Nescafé and more. Creative problem-solving: Leverage the skills you develop during the scheme to tackle real-time challenges in digital campaigns. Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions for sustainable marketing success. Agility and adaptability: Embrace the challenge of collaborating with different teams and adapting to various digital marketing strategies as you rotate through a range of roles. You will have obtained or be predicted to obtain your: Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017). Original certificates will need to be provided during the recruitment process. 104 UCAS points or more, (or 260 points prior to 2017). You will need to be 18 by 1st September 2026. If you qualify, we will invite you to complete an online assessment, which you can practice here. Please do not upload a CV, instead we ask you to upload any relevant qualifications to support your application.   Once you have completed this stage, we will notify you if you are selected to attend an assessment day which will be in February, March or April 2026.
