The ideal candidate will drive brand growth through effective planning, cross-functional collaboration, and market execution excellence.Is this your next challenge in Marketing / Retail?Growth DFI Direct BusinessDevelop and implement marketing strategies for DFI Health & Beauty Direct Business portfolio brands in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei, driving awareness, conversion and loyaltyCollaborate with sales and operation team and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectivesManage marketing budget and allocate effectively to achieve brands objectivesBrand MarketingInitiate and implement 360 strategic marketing plan across channels, including digital, print and social mediaCollaborate and interact with brand principals to algin on marketing strategies, share best practices and localize contentManage marketing agencies to deliver brands marketing objectivesPlan and coordinate participation in events, roadshows, and other on-ground marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and consumer outreachMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performanceConceptualize and execute consumer engagement programs and loyalty initiatives to build long-term brand affinity and retentionWork with sales & operations to develop online offer, enhance product visibility, and improve digital customer experienceDo you have experience in the FMCG industry?Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of marketing experience, especially in brand marketingExperience in the FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantageStrong in stakeholder management, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative, adaptable, high learning agilityWell-organized, enjoy working in fast-paced organisation Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
