Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Executive, Loyalty Engagement & Ecosystems to join our team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management under the XploreRWS loyalty programme — spanning campaign planning, creative execution, and post-campaign performance analysis. This role acts as the central connector between Resorts Marketing, Sales, Business Units & Tenants, and Data & Digital teams, ensuring all campaigns drive measurable uplift in member acquisition, engagement, and spend across the resort.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Planning (Pre-Campaign)• Develop and execute integrated loyalty campaigns that align with RWS-wide marketing and sales initiatives (e.g., F&B promotions, event tie-ins, seasonal pushes).• Collaborate with Resorts Marketing and Destination Experience teams to ensure campaign concepts and messaging are aligned with brand and business goals.• Identify and segment target audiences using loyalty data to personalise campaign objectives and offers.• Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across Attractions, Hotels, F&B, Retail, and Tenant Partners.• Prepare campaign briefs for creative development (internal or agency), ensuring consistency with XploreRWS programme identity.2. Campaign Execution & Operations• Oversee campaign deployment across channels (app, EDM, in-resort, and digital media) in partnership with Marketing Ops and Digital teams.• Ensure campaign readiness, QA testing, and offer mechanics are validated before launch.• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth rollout.3. Post-Campaign Analysis & Optimisation• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to evaluate campaign performance — including participation rates, uplift in spend, and member conversion metrics.• Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations to improve future campaign design.• Produce post-campaign review decks for internal stakeholders, highlighting ROI and learnings.• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise campaign messaging and mechanics.4. Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration• Work with tenant partners and external brands to co-create joint campaigns and offers that drive incremental value for both sides.• Coordinate cross-functional approvals and ensure campaign terms, mechanics, and reward structures are commercially sound.• Manage campaign operations such as offer setup, tracking, and member communications in collaboration with Loyalty Operations.• Nurture relationships with key partners to support long-term ecosystem growth.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement• Strong cross-BU collaboration and stakeholder management to ensure campaign alignment and performance tracking.• Maintain the campaign pipeline and reporting dashboard in coordination with the Loyalty Digital Experience & Optimisation team.• Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for campaign lifecycle management.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.• Min. 3 years of experience in in marketing campaign management, CRM/loyalty, or partnerships (experience within hospitality, retail, or F&B preferred).Required Skills• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.• Analytical mindset — able to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and propose optimisation strategies.• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.• Proficiency in CRM tools, campaign management systems, and Excel/Power BI is a plus.• Familiarity with digital channels (email, app, social, paid media) and data-driven marketing approaches.
