Their team of passionate safety professionals and expert instructors has built a legacy of innovation, trust, and impact in safety education.The Role As the Marketing Manager (Growth & Lifecycle), you’ll be the driving force behind a modern, data-driven marketing strategy that fuels growth and deepens customer engagement. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — building campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive course registrations, and strengthen long-term relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark within a growing Alberta-based company that values creativity, results, and initiative.What You’ll Do • Design and execute integrated B2B and B2C campaigns that drive awareness and bookings • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across email, social, and web channels • Refresh brand messaging, creative direction, and digital presence to reflect a modern voice • Lead content creation — from instructor spotlights to customer success stories • Manage digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and website optimization • Implement CRM and marketing automation workflows to improve retention and ROI • Track and analyze key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and turn insights into strategy • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals • Support sales enablement through compelling collateral and presentationsAbout You You’re a creative and analytical marketer who thrives on turning ideas into measurable growth.
