Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join a firm in Woodinville, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by crafting compelling proposals and SOQs for public agency RFPs and RFIs. This position combines independent work with collaborative efforts alongside project managers and technical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials.Role: Marketing SpecialistLocation: Woodinville, WA | OnsiteHours per week: 40Job Type: FTEBenefits: Vacation time, sick leave, 8 paid holidays per year, health benefits, 401k, short + long-term disability & life insuranceResponsibilities:Support the development of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand standardsCollaborate with technical and project teams to gather content and project information for marketing and proposalsWrite, edit, and proofread proposal and marketing content including executive summaries, firm overviews, and resumesTrack procurement opportunities and proposal deadlinesManage proposal production and submission, both digital and printMaintain proposal and marketing content libraries and templatesAssist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and project sheetsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyCollaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across technical and marketing teamsExperience developing proposals or marketing materials, ideally within the AEC or public-sector environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; familiarity with CRM tools and design software a plusBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred3+ years of relevant proposal or marketing experience preferredFamiliarity with public procurement processes and B2G marketing a plusComfort using AI tools to support content development and efficiencyValid Washington State driver’s license and willingness to travel as neededInnovation starts with people.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
