This role will focus mainly on the maintenance and uploading of business Master data in SAP for the EMEA region, and on an ad-hoc basis for APAC region.What You Will DoPerform uploading of master data into SAP for different departments (finance, supply chain, warehouse) and regions in EMEA (108k unique Materials; 800k SKUs)Manage Material Master, contracts, source lists, Production BOM and Sales BOM, Info records, costingFollow-up and correct IDOCS from the loading / Material creation processWork together with functions to implement process changes and master data setupWork with Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse and BL teamsAdministrator level support of Material master systemAssist in projects where master data support and uploads are requiredProvide support according the existing service level agreementsSuggest improvements and flag problemsCreate SAP queries to assist all functional areasVerifying the accuracy of the Material Master Data in SAP at the time of creationRunning monthly reports where tracking of changes should be visibleTrack KPI’s to support and increase data accuracyAd hoc support customer/vendor master in mass uploadsWhat Will Make You SuccessfulMinimum/Essential: Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, logistics, data analysis or specific.
