As we embark on an exciting growth phase, we’re actively expanding our team to fuel our momentum.The RoleThis role supports the Account Director in the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel media campaigns, with a strong focus on TV, Streaming, Outdoor and Radio. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign coordination — from bookings and creative delivery to performance tracking, reporting, and financial reconciliation. The position suits someone with at least one year’s media or marketing experience, strong organisation skills, and attention to detail. You’ll collaborate closely with media partners, contribute to strategic planning, and bring ideas to life in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values initiative, learning, and growth.Key responsibilitiesSupport the Account Director in the end-to-end delivery of media campaigns across all media channels, with focus on TV, Streaming TV, Outdoor and Radio.Manage day-to-day campaign administration, including setting up bookings, monitoring timelines, and ensuring creative assets are delivered on time and in the correct formats.Track and report campaign performance, assisting with optimisation recommendations and post-campaign reporting.Maintain accurate campaign documentation, schedules, and financial reconciliations.Build and maintain strong working relationships with media partners and suppliers to ensure smooth campaign delivery.Provide internal support on presentations, proposals, and client reporting documents.Add to and support the team in the strategic process of media planning and presenting to existing and new clients.Participate in brainstorms and idea generation sessions, bringing fresh thinking and insights to campaign planning.Support the Account Director in developing media strategies and proposals by researching competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviours.Assist in preparing creative recommendations and media opportunities that align with client objectives.Experience Required / About YouMinimum 1 years of experience in a media agency, media supplier, or marketing environment (internships considered).Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.High attention to detail, particularly with campaign assets, financials, scheduling, and reporting.Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and media booking/reporting systems (training provided if needed).A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the media industry.Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive, can-do attitude.Passion for media, advertising, and delivering high-quality client service.Eager to contribute, offer your perspective and be involvedWhat You GetWe have a culture of success, recognise the contribution of individuals and are proud to provide an environment where our employees can grow and develop.Work for an exciting, growing agency with a broad scope to learn and develop new skills outside your day-to-day roleReal responsibility and autonomyFlexible working arrangements around in-office/WFHVibrant Cremorne location within a 2-minute walk to Richmond stationAdditional leave benefitsOur ValuesIntegrity - We treat people with respect.
