Social Media Specialist – SheridanPyrmont | Full-Time | Hanesbrands AustralasiaBring one of Australia’s most iconic homewares brands to life on social.About The RoleWe’re excited to offer an internal opportunity for a Social Media Specialist to join the Sheridan Marketing team. In this role, you’ll manage Sheridan’s social channels end to end- from strategy and content creation through to community management, reporting and influencer partnerships.You’ll play a key role in shaping seasonal content, capturing live content at shoots and events, and growing an engaged community across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.This role works closely with our Marketing, Creative, Digital and Influencer teams to ensure Sheridan consistently shows up as best in class across every touchpoint.What You’ll DoDevelop and deliver seasonal social media strategies, content plans and KPIs across all Sheridan channels. Create, schedule and publish on brand content, including capturing live content at shoots, events and campaign moments. Manage content production in collaboration with influencers- work with agency partners and internal creative teams. Oversee daily community management and moderation, responding to customer enquiries and escalating issues when required. Monitor social performance using analytics tools- providing insights to improve engagement, reach and conversion. Support social elements of key marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives. Maintain social budgets and deliver accurate monthly reporting on performanceWhat You’ll Bring2+ years’ experience in a social media role within homewares, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or agency environments. A love for creativity and storytelling, with strong skills in short-form video creation. Solid understanding of social media best practice, analytics and platform trends. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to bring others on the journey.
