The Social Media & Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms. Daily tasks include developing social media strategies, writing posts, and scheduling content. The role involves analysing social media metrics to enhance performance and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.About the roleManage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok), including planning, scheduling, writing captions and posting content across platforms consistentlyCreate organic and paid ads content across our Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook that nurtures, inspires and pushes the boundaries on creativityEngage with our community across all social media channels to spark connection and cultivate customer relationships  Report, analyse and devise strategies to grow and drive revenue across social channels Coordinate influencer collaboration, from emails outreach and negotiation to content approvals and reporting on performance of influencer collabsLead TikTok strategy and content production, including filming, editing.Opportunity to turn into a paid role for the right candidate.About youYou are chronically online & always thinking about the next out-of-box Tiktok that NEEDS to happen (and are thrifty AF to get the shot)'Camera shy' is not in your vocabulary, you're the first to volunteer for a public interview series and can be seen always recording BTS contentExtremely fluent in editing apps such as Capcut or Inshot (we're talking minutes to script, film, and draft a vid, and yes we work this fast!)You are bubbly, personable, and love a good yap.
